TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using Deuce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deuce ("we", "us", or "our"), a fantasy tennis platform operated from Ireland.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy.

Deuce is a fantasy tennis platform that allows users to engage with professional tennis through prediction-based games. The Service includes:

• Bracket Challenge — predict the outcomes of Grand Slam tournament draws
• Season-Long Fantasy — build and manage a roster of professional tennis players throughout the season
• Leagues — compete against other users in public or private leagues

Deuce is a game of skill and entertainment. No real money prizes are awarded. The Service does not constitute gambling.

To use the Service, you must create an account. By registering, you agree that:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You may only create one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.

By participating in Deuce games, you agree to abide by the following rules:

Certain features of the Service may require payment. When you make a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details
• Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes
• You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@deucefantasy.com and we will investigate promptly.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Deuce and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Deuce name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks of Deuce. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

By submitting content to the Service (such as league names or usernames), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

You agree not to:

• Create or operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other software to interact with the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Collude with other users to manipulate game outcomes or leaderboard standings
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deuce and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU or Irish law

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms or any applicable laws
• Your conduct is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

Where practicable, we will provide you with notice and an opportunity to remedy any alleged violation before suspending or terminating your account.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@deucefantasy.com. Upon account closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Unfair Contract Terms Directive (93/13/EEC).

If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to first contact us at support@deucefantasy.com so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, you may submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the ODR platform or informal negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, except where EU consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Provide reasonable advance notice of material changes (at least 30 days) via email or a prominent notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
